These Terms of Service govern your use of the Keystone Met’L Co. website and your purchase of products from Keystone Met’L Co. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these terms, “Keystone Met’L Co.,” “Keystone,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Keystone Met’L Co. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor or customer.

1. Online Store Terms

Measurements, specifications, compatibility information, and product descriptions should be reviewed before placing an order. If you have questions about whether a product is appropriate for your application, please contact us before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify product designs, specifications, packaging, pricing, and availability without notice.

3. Fabrication and Product Use

Keystone Met’L Co. products are tools and aids intended to assist with fabrication, layout, alignment, measuring, cutting, fitting, and related shop work.

Our products do not replace proper engineering, measurement, inspection, fabrication experience, welding procedures, safety equipment, or professional judgment. You are responsible for:

Confirming all measurements, angles, tubing sizes, and product compatibility
Inspecting the fit and condition of all components before cutting or welding
Using appropriate tools, protective equipment, and safe work practices
Following applicable vehicle, racing, workplace, building, and safety requirements
Determining whether the completed project is safe and suitable for its intended use

Projects involving roll cages, chassis components, structural tubing, suspension components, exhaust systems, or other safety-related applications should be designed, fabricated, and inspected by qualified individuals.

Keystone Met’L Co. is not responsible for fabrication errors, improper product use, incorrect measurements, failed welds, project damage, personal injury, or regulatory noncompliance resulting from the customer’s work or decisions.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders affected by pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment issues, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs will be added during checkout. You agree to pay the complete amount shown when your order is submitted.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, or product information errors, including after an order has been placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused shipment, or undeliverable package may be deducted from a refund or charged to the customer.

Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law. If an order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and assist with a carrier claim when appropriate.

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will handle the delay or cancellation as required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Return requests must generally be made within 30 days of delivery.

Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer. We may require photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label before approving the claim.

Returns resulting from ordering the wrong product, purchasing by mistake, or deciding that the product is not what the customer expected are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be completed after an order enters production, processing, or shipment.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started. Any such restriction will be disclosed before purchase when applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Keystone Met’L Co. name, logos, product designs, template designs, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, downloads, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Keystone Met’L Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, manufacture, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our products, designs, or website content without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any associated design rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to share it
The content is truthful and based on your experience
The content does not violate another person’s rights
The content does not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious material

Payment information is processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Keystone Met’L Co. does not directly store complete payment-card information unless expressly stated.

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time. If an order is canceled after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, services, information, and products are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated by Keystone Met’L Co.

This includes lost profits, lost revenue, project delays, loss of materials, vehicle damage, fabrication errors, or loss of data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Keystone Met’L Co.’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone Met’L Co. and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your violation of another person’s rights

Your fabrication, modification, installation, or completed project

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keystone Met’L Co. concerning your use of the website and purchase of products.
