Alucon ER4943 Aluminum TIG Welding Rod
 ER4943 is a high-performance silicon-based aluminum filler engineered for stronger welds and improved heat stability compared to ER4043 and ER5356. Designed for 6xxx series aluminum, it delivers excellent crack resistance, smooth arc control, and reliable strength in heat-exposed automotive applications.

Unlike ER5356 (recommended under ~150°F), ER4943 maintains mechanical properties more effectively at elevated temperatures up to ~200–250°F, making it ideal for components exposed to sustained heat and thermal cycling.
