Lay out accurate tube notches faster without printing paper templates, working through complicated calculations, or measuring the same profile again and again.
The Keystone Met’L Co.™ Tube Notching Template Bundle includes 28 reusable templates covering four common joint angles and seven round-tube outside diameters. Each template provides a consistent guide for marking cope or fishmouth cuts before cutting and fitting the tubing.
Select the template that matches your tube OD and desired joint angle, slide it around the tubing, align the centerline, and trace the cutting profile. Once marked, make the cut with your preferred tool and fine-tune the fit before welding.
